The Bottom Line: Why the 1.5 star rating for EvexiPEL? Where to start. Patient feedback is always top on our list, and there are patient reviews that mention the pellets being “inferior” and patients who complain of “pain” after their procedure. Then there’s the trouble with their pellets that come from Farmakeio whose FDA warnings are public. From our perspective, EvexiPEL ranks at the very bottom of our list.

First, patients meet with a Certified EvexiPEL Provider who reviews the patient’s symptoms. Next, they will perform a lab panel. With the labs and symptoms combined, EvexiPEL providers enter the lab results and symptoms into the EvexiPEL Dosing site to decide the best treatment protocol for that particular patient and his/her symptoms.

This plan is personalized for the patient and may include pellet therapy, detoxing, and/or supplements. EvexiPEL partners with two top compounding pharmacies to provide any nutrient supplements a patient might need. When pellet therapy is indicated, EvexiPEL uses all-natural bioidentical hormone replacement, meaning the pellets molecularly mimic a body’s natural hormones.

What Makes BHRT at EvexiPEL Different

So what makes BHRT with EvexiPEL different from other BHRT options? EvexiPEL specializes in BHRT and treats hundreds of patients each week. However, one differentiator may be that EvexiPEL’s approach integrates nutritional supplements and detoxification when necessary. Essentially, they work to find the root cause of a patient’s issues. Like other BHRT providers, EvexiPEL’s uses all-natural substances in their pellets, creating them from natural plant sources.
